Sobremesa is a concept that originates in Spain, but speaks to anyone that enjoys good food and good company. My food is not just Spanish – it’s inspired by the spirit of Spanish cooking. I believe that food should be wholesome, uncomplicated and is best enjoyed with family and friends.
